  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 instant beef bouillon
  • 1 1/4 c. water

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
  • 8 slices cheese, cut in half
  • lettuce and tomato (optional)
