- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 instant beef bouillon
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
- 8 slices cheese, cut in half
- lettuce and tomato (optional)
