- 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage (may substitute ham for the sausage)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 6 slices bread, crust removed and cubed
- 2 c. milk
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Put bread cubes in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread cubes.

4Mix eggs, onion, mustard and milk.

5Pour over sausage, bread and cheese.

6Put mushrooms on top.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake in a 325° oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
