1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Using a food processor, vegetable peeler, or grater/slicer, slice potato into very thin, uniform slices.

3Place in one layer, on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.

4Spray potatoes lightly with the spray.

5Sprinkle with salt substitute.

6Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until light brown all over.

7Remove to a rack to cool. Potatoes need to be light brown all over, or they will be soggy when cooled.

8Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container.
