- 6 medium to large potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 3 tsp. chives
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut potatoes in half (leave peelings on).

2Put in salted water and boil until done.

3Drain and put potatoes in long baking dish and chop.

4Melt margarine and cheese.

5Add sour cream and chives; salt and pepper to taste.

6Mix well with potatoes.

7Bake at 350° until golden brown.
