  • 3 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
  • 4 c. diced potatoes (uncooked)
  • 2/3 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

    Slice onions and separate into rings.
