Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 15 oz. can creamed corn
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. green onion tops
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Grease 11 x 7-inch or 9-inch square pan. Cook bacon and crumble.

3Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings and put in large saucepan; add green onion and green pepper, cook until tender.

4Stir in corn, milk, butter, salt and pepper.

5Cook until hot; remove.

6Stir in potato flakes and sour cream until well blended.

7Spoon into greased pan.

8Top with bacon, cheese and green onions.

9Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
