Potato Corn Soup

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 slice onion
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c. water

Directions

    Peel and dice potatoes and carrots.

    Boil in 3 cups water until cooked.

    Mash slightly with potato masher.

    Fry bacon and crumble into soup mixture.

    Dice onion and saute in bacon drippings.

    Add to soup mixture.

    Add mushroom soup and creamed corn.

    Simmer.
