- 8 potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jacket.

2Cool.

3Shred in greased 13 x 9-inch dish. Mix soup, sour cream, butter, onion, salt and pepper.

4Pour over potatoes.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.

7Bake 5 minutes longer.
