- 2 c. raw potatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (root tops)
Directions

1Grate potatoes fine, and drain well.

2Add salt, crumbs, flour and parsley to make a stiff dough.

3Drop into boiling salted water from wet spoon.

4Dumplings should be about 1 1/2-inches long and 1/2-inch in diameter when cooked.

5They are done as soon as they float to the top.
