- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt
- pepper

- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs

Directions

1Grate potatoes. Mix bread crumbs moistened with milk, squeezed almost dry. Add onions, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.

2Flour your hands, then form in small balls, walnut size. Dredge the balls lightly with flour.

3Drop in salted water. Cover pot, simmer 15 minutes. Don't lift cover and peek.
