  • potatoes 5 med.
  • 2 teaspoons onions grated
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • salt water Simmering
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • milk

Directions

    Grate potatoes. Mix bread crumbs moistened with milk, squeezed almost dry. Add onions, eggs, flour, salt and pepper.

    Flour your hands, then form in small balls, walnut size. Dredge the balls lightly with flour.

    Drop in salted water. Cover pot, simmer 15 minutes. Don't lift cover and peek.
