- 1 large onion
- 1 stem celery
- 10 medium potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 loaf bread or 8 rolls
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute onion and celery for 3 minutes.

2Make filling out of onion, celery, bread, salt and pepper.

3Mash the potatoes and add eggs, filling and milk together.

4Bake until brown on top, 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.

5Serve with gravy.
