- 2 c. potato flakes
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. fish fillets (flounder, cod or any kind)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste (if you desire)
Directions

1Mix eggs and milk together.

2Put potato flakes in a separate bowl.

3Dip fish into egg and milk mixture, then in potato flakes, salt and pepper.

4Put fish in pan and fry until done.
