  • grease (enough to fry fish)
  • 2 c. potato flakes
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. fish fillets (flounder, cod or any kind)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste (if you desire)

Directions

    Mix eggs and milk together.

    Put potato flakes in a separate bowl.

    Dip fish into egg and milk mixture, then in potato flakes, salt and pepper.

    Put fish in pan and fry until done.
