  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. tahini or peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • toasted pita wedges (for dipping)

Directions

    Boil potato (peeled) and garlic until tender.

    Mash potato and garlic; add tahini or peanut butter, lemon juice, water, cumin and salt.

    Add cayenne pepper to your liking.
