- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. tahini or peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- cayenne pepper to taste
- toasted pita wedges (for dipping)
Directions

1Boil potato (peeled) and garlic until tender.

2Mash potato and garlic; add tahini or peanut butter, lemon juice, water, cumin and salt.
