- 8 ounces instant mashed potatoes, prepared
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, Shredded
- 1 lb lasagna noodle, cooked al dente
- 12 cup butter
- 3 onions, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2In a large skillet melt butter.

3Saute onions until golden brown.

4Add Velveeta to Mashed Potatoes and set aside.

5Grease a large 13x9 pan.

6Place layer of noodles in pan.

7Cover with 1/3 potato/cheese mixture.

8Wet hands and pat potatoes smooth.

9Spoon onion/butter on top of potato layer.

10Repeat layers 2 more times.

11Cover with aluminum foil.

12Bake for 45 minutes.

13Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
