  • 2 Salmon filets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grated, peeled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except salmon in glass baking dish. Place salmon in marinade, skin side up. Refrigerate for several hours.

    Preheat oven to 400. Bake salmon until just opaque, 13 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of filet. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
