- 2 large potatoes, grated
- 4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

2Lightly oil a griddle and heat to 325° or medium heat.

3Ladle potato mixture onto the griddle, flattening it slightly.

4Cook 8 to 10 minutes on the first side; turn and cook an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
