  • 1/2 raw onion, grated
  • 2 large potatoes, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Lightly oil a griddle and heat to 325° or medium heat.

    Ladle potato mixture onto the griddle, flattening it slightly.

    Cook 8 to 10 minutes on the first side; turn and cook an additional 5 to 8 minutes.
