- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
- sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 4 yukon gold potatoes
- cooking oil
Directions

1Thinnly slice potatoes with a mandolin.

2Place in bowl and pour heavy cream over potatoes.

3Preheat oven to 375.

4Line a baking pan with foil.

5Layer potatoes. Salt & peper and grate parmesan cheese over each layer.

6Pour remaining cream over potatoes.

7Top with a buttersheet of aluminum foil and bricks.

8Bake for one hour.

9Cool & trim edges, cut to serving size.

10Heat a saute pan with oil and saute each pave until golden brown turning once.
