  • 5 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 1 lb carrot, peeled
  • 12 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup cream cheese
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup ranch dressing
  • 6 tablespoons tbsps hot sauce
  • pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 5 garlic cloves

Directions

    Boil carrots 15 minutes.

    Add potatoes boil additional 15 minutes.

    While those are boiling, saute onion till soft; add garlic and finish sauteing.

    Drain water from potatoes and carrots.

    Add onion and garlic.

    Add remaining ingredients.
