  • 1/3 c. minced dehydrated onions
  • 2 c. canned skimmed milk
  • 1/3 c. Grey Poupon mustard
  • 12 slices nonfat Swiss cheese, torn up in pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 6 c. sliced potatoes

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients and microwave at 50% power for about 4 minutes.

    Stir.

    Place half of potatoes in a sprayed casserole dish; add half of sauce.

    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.

    If desired, sprinkle grated cheese on top for the last 5 to 10 minutes or baking.
