- 1 c. potatoes, mashed
- 3 c. potato water
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/3 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- about 7 to 9 c. flour
Directions

1Add potatoes, sugar and Crisco to hot potato water.

2Set aside to cool (potatoes must be smooth and creamy).

3Then add eggs and flour.

4The dough will be thin; put in a large bowl and cover with light-weight wet towel.

5Put into refrigerator overnight.

6You will have to add a little flour when you roll out.

7Have dough board well floured.

8Melt stick of butter and dip each roll in butter; let rise about 1 1/2 hours.

9Bake at 350°.
