- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Directions

1Combine flour, salt, yeast and sugar.

2Mix in mixer.

3Heat water and oleo until warm.

4Add to top ingredients.

5Mix.

6Add potatoes.

7Add more flour, if needed.

8Knead until smooth.

9Let rest about 10 minutes.

10Knead again and shape into balls.

11Place into greased baking pan.

12Let rise until double.

13Bake at 400° until golden brown, 18 to 20 minutes.
