Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. mashed potatoes (I use instant potato flakes)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Heat milk, potatoes and oleo until very warm.

    Put in large container (Tupperware Fix-N-Mix size) and add sugar, salt, eggs and 2 cups flour.

    Mix well and let stand for 2 hours.

    (It will be like a sponge.)
