Ingredients
- 1/2 c. warm mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 6 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast in water.

2Add sugar and salt.

3Let bubble.

4Add eggs and 3 cups flour.

5Mix at high speed with mixer.

6Add 2 cups more flour.

7Use wooden spoon to mix rest of flour.

8Let rise in icebox, covered, for 2 hours.

9Remove and punch down.

10This may be kept in icebox for 3 or 4 days.

11Just take out as much as you need. Shape into rolls and let rise for 2 hours.

12Bake at 350° in oven until done.
