- 4-5 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 50 g Butter
Directions

1Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes

2Dry the potato strips by wrapping them in a clean towel and given it a good squeeze!

3Chop up the onion and garlic.

4Red onions look particularly great.

5Mix it all up

6Set the pan to medium/medium-low heat and melt the butter so it covers the whole pan

7Spread out the potato mix in a 2 cm layer.

8Mash it together a bit so it's tight.

9After 15 mins on one side, flip it over.

10You can use a plate like I did to cover and flip.

11It doesn't have to be from Ikea.

12Do another 15 mins on the other side.

13The potatoes should be crisp on the outside and soft on the inside!
