Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 medium hard-boiled eggs
- 3/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 5 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil potatoes until tender.

2Cut into wedges and place in large bowl.

3Do not peel.

4Cut bad spots off of potatoes.

5Add hard-boiled eggs after they cool and are sliced.

6Mix onion and pickles and add to potatoes and eggs.

7Stir in mustard and mayonnaise.

8Add more mayonnaise if needed.

9Salt and pepper to taste.

10Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
