- 5 lb. red potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. relish
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Leaving skins on, boil potatoes in large pan of water until soft.

2Let potatoes cool, then peel.

3In large mixing bowl, mix milk, mayonnaise, relish, mustard, onion, salt and pepper until smooth.

4Add eggs to mayonnaise/milk mixture.

5Take peeled potatoes and chop into 1 to 2-inch cubes; add to mayonnaise/milk/egg mixture.

6Cool for 2 hours.

7Keep refrigerated.
