  • 4 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 12 1/2 oz. can pimentos
  • 3/4 c. olives, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dill pickles
  • 3/4 c. tofu, scrambled
  • 3/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 tsp. Chic style seasoning
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. soyannaise

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with soyannaise.
