Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. green peppers
  • 1/2 lb. onion
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Spanish style tomato sauce
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 small jar stuffed olives
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Chop pepper, onion and celery; saute in small amount of oil. Remove from skillet.

    Add meat to skillet and cook until done. Cook noodles according to directions on package.

    Drain, add soup, sauce and mushrooms to noodles.

    Add meat, pepper, onions and celery to mixture.

    Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese and sliced olives.

    Heat in oven until cheese melts.

    Makes a large amount.

    I add picante sauce for spicy taste.
