Ingredients

  • 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 6 eggs, boiled and cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Cook potatoes in saucepan until done; drain, then let cool. Mix together, in separate bowl, mayonnaise, mustard, milk, salt, pepper and celery seed.

    Add remaining ingredients to potatoes and toss, mixing in mayonnaise mixture.

    Serve cold.
