- 6 lb. ground beef
- 3 lb. ground pork
- 28 potatoes
- 6 onions
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 1/2 lb. casing
Directions

1Run meat, potatoes and onions through grinder.

2Add seasoning and mix well with meat mixture.

3Rinse casings well and cut into 24 inch lengths for easy handling.

4Stuff with mixture, leaving 1-inch for expansion.

5Do not tie ends.

6Poke a few holes in each ring. Place in a large roaster and cover with water.

7Simmer uncovered 40 minutes.

8Serve.
