- softened margarine

1Bake potatoes 1 1/2 hours in a 425° oven.

2Slice in half and then in quarters; remove most of the pulp, but leave some in.

3Put skins in deep fryer until crisp.

5Brush inside with butter.

6Put cheese and bacon bits in skins.

7Place in oven long enough for cheese to melt.
