- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 c. bottled salsa
Directions

1Prick potatoes with fork.

2Bake at 425° for 40 to 50 minutes. Cut each potato lengthwise into quarters.

3Scoop out the insides, leaving 1/2-inch thick shells.

4(Reserve pulp for another use.) Arrange potato shells, skin side up, on a baking sheet.
