  • 500g low fat potato wedges
  • 4 KRAFT FREE Singles slices Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
  • 1 cup tzatziki dip
  • chopped parsley to garnish

Directions

    Bake potato wedges according to manufacturer's directions.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Bake at 230C for a further 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

    Arrange Singles* over skins, bake again for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

    Serve warm on a platter, with a dollop of Tzatziki dip on each wedge.

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
