  • 2 2/3 c. mashed potato flakes plus ingredients to make them
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2.8 oz. can French fried onion rings
  • 1 c. reduced fat shredded cheddar

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients well and pour into a buttered souffl dish.

    Top with shredded cheddar.

    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
