  • 5 lbs russet potatoes, chunked
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 lb ham, cubed

Directions

    Peel and chunk potatoes; boil in just enough water to cover.

    add all ingredients except milk; when potates are tender, slightly mash about 1/2 of the potatoes.

    add milk simmer 20 min.

    serve with warm buttered bread.
