Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 medium size onions
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • small amount of vinegar
  • 1 qt. water
  • 1/2 lb. fat meat
  • 1 well beaten egg

Directions

    Dice the potatoes; cook in water until soft. Cut fat meat in tiny pieces and fry. Add sliced onions and fry until brown.

    Pour into the kettle with the potatoes. Mix sour cream with well beaten egg.

    Pour into the potatoes and onions. Stir well. Add enough vinegar to give it a sour taste.

    Let all come to a good boil. Serve hot.
