- 1 pot potatoes
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 2/3 c. celery, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. canned milk
Directions

1Cook chicken broth, onions, celery and salt with half of the cooked potatoes.

2Mash this mixture together.

3Melt butter in saucepan; whisk flour in and gradually add milk.
