- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 can chicken broth
- water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place vegetables in large saucepan or Dutch oven.

2Cover with broth and water to 1-inch over vegetables.

3Simmer 20 minutes or until tender.

4Do not drain.
