- 6 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.

2Melt butter in large kettle; add carrots and onion.

3Cover and cook until tender.

4Remove from heat; add flour.

5Stir in milk.

6Add 1/2 of the potatoes.

7Mash the rest of the potatoes and add with rest of ingredients.

8Heat until steaming, but not boiling.
