  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme, crushed

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Mix with all other ingredients.

    Bake in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch dish at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes (or until knife, when inserted, comes out clean).
