  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 celery sticks

    Cube potatoes; boil 15 minutes.

    Saute onion and celery in butter.

    Mix flour with milk; add to potatoes.
