- 3 c. Potatoes cut into small pieces
- 1/2 c. Carrots cut into extra small pieces
- 1/2 c. Onion
- 1/4 c. Green Pepper cut into extra small pieces
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
- 1 1/2 c. Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 in. slice of Velveeta Cheese
Directions

1Put all vegetables, salt, pepper and parsley flakes into pot with 2 1/2 cups of water.

2Bring to a boil; then turn heat down to low.

3Put lid on pot and cook for 20-25 min.

4Put milk and flour in a jar and shake up real good.

5Pour into pot with vegetables. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to pot.

6Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
