Potato Soup

  • 3 c. Potatoes cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 c. Carrots cut into extra small pieces
  • 1/2 c. Onion
  • 1/4 c. Green Pepper cut into extra small pieces
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1 1/2 c. Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 in. slice of Velveeta Cheese

Directions

    Put all vegetables, salt, pepper and parsley flakes into pot with 2 1/2 cups of water.

    Bring to a boil; then turn heat down to low.

    Put lid on pot and cook for 20-25 min.

    Put milk and flour in a jar and shake up real good.

    Pour into pot with vegetables. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and add to pot.

    Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
