- 6 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. milk
- 1 lb. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a 4-quart pot, mix margarine and flour over low heat; slowly add chicken broth, stirring until smooth.
