  • 4 or so large white potatoes, peeled, diced and cooked
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 or 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. potato juice

Directions

    Drain juice from potatoes, saving 1/2 cup.

    Add cream chicken soup, milk and potato juice.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir good and simmer 15 minutes.
