Potato Soup

- 10 medium potatoes, cut in small cubes
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
Directions

1In large soup pan saute bacon, onion and celery until tender. Add cubed potatoes; cover with water and boil until potatoes are tender.

2Drain water until it covers potatoes.

3Add can of evaporated milk and butter.

4Mash potatoes and warm soup.

5Serve hot.
