- 2 None (7-oz packages) par-baked ciabatta rolls (8 rolls total)
- 16 None slices salami
- 6 None large eggs
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°F. Cut tops from rolls. Scoop out bread to leave a thin shell. Place shells on baking sheets and line with salami. Whisk eggs into cream and carefully pour into shells. Top with olives and cheese.

2Bake for 20-25 mins or until set.
