- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 3 cans water
Directions

1Cook potatoes in water with onions - or saute onions and add later.

2When potatoes are cooked, add rest of ingredients and heat.

3For color, you may add cooked diced carrots and also a chicken bouillon cube for more flavor.
