- 6 to 8 cooked potatoes, cubed
- carrots
- celery
- onions
- 4 to 8 strips bacon
- 1/2 stick butter (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. milk
- 8 oz. sour cream with chives
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook together potatoes, carrots, celery and onion until tender.

2Save water.

3Cook 4 to 8 strips of bacon and crumble. Melt margarine; add soup, milk and sour cream.

4Add vegetables, bacon and as much reserved water as you like.

5Salt and pepper as desired.

6Simmer.
