- 3 c. water
- 1 (10-oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14-oz.) can chicken broth
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onions, chicken broth and water in a Dutch oven.
