  • 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
  • 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 3 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken (optional)

Directions
